How do I make an appointment?

Call our office at 630-759-1248 or fill out our appointment request to receive a call back to help you schedule an appointment.

Do I need a Referral?

Most HMO Insurance plans will require a referral from your primary care provider. Other times you may be able to see any specialist your insurance covers. Feel free to reach out to our office if you would like an appointment and need help navigating whether you need a referral or not.

What should I bring to my appointment?

  • Bring your referral if required

  • Valid ID

  • List of your medications

  • Prior recent x-ray or imaging disks and reports, and prior operative reports or other relevant records to your issue

  • Write out a list of questions and goals for your visit to help ensure we can work through your reason for visit together

Do you offer non-surgical treatment options?

Yes we try and pursue all non-op and conservative options prior to suggesting surgery. Non-operative options may include:

  • Medications including prescription non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, nerve pain reducing medication and other acute and chronic pain medication options

  • Injections such as steroids (cortisone also know as corticosteroid) as well as gel injections (also known as hyaluronic acid injections). These may provide some relief by reducing inflammation and lubricating painful joints

  • Physical Therapy

  • Braces and other durable medical equipment
